Our policy lasts for 20 days. If 20 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 30 days if you are a international customer.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you are a business customer, you may return any unopened goods, in original condition, which can be sold again "as new", within 14 days after the day of receipt of the goods. Customers are responsible for the delivery costs of returning the goods. Please email to arrange a return.

You will be refunded for item costs excluding shipping charges once the goods have been received and confirmed "as new”.

Lost Parcels
Our missing parcels procedure will come into action if your Order fails to arrive within 10 days (UK only) and 20 days (International) of despatch, please email to inform us as soon as posible. We will investigate your claim and if We are satisfied that the non arrival of the Product or Products was attributable to Us (Dyke & Dean) then a refund will be credited to the paypal account or credit/debit card from which the original order was made.

We withhold the right to refuse to make future deliveries to addresses that are considered to be insecure.


Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Paper goods such as magazines or note pads cannot be returned. We do not except returns on fabric cable unless the amount is above 20meters.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and order number.

If your purchased Dyke & Dean products in one of our Heals shops please return it to Heals.


Refunds (if applicable)

We will ask for a image of the product in question to be emailed showing the problem in your order, once we receive this and agree to a replacement please post your product back to us in Hastings.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

It can take time to issue a refund, we aim to refund within 30days of receiving the goods back from you. In some cases we may issue a refund based on a photograph.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged from 20 days of your purchace date. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to: The Printworks, 14 Claremont, America Ground GB TN34 1HA.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will found out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
