Fabricados en España por Arcos, elaboran cuchillos y cubertería artesanalmente desde 1745. Hasta el día de hoy se utilizan los procesos originales que se reflejan en la calidad de los productos.

Cuchillo, tenedor y cuchara. Este trío de herramientas imprescindibles que utilizamos cada día es sólo una parte simbólica de la multitud de elementos que forman una cubertería completa. El acero inoxidable con el que están fabricados les confiere una resistencia y durabilidad que parece casi infinita.

Las hojas están fabricadas en acero inoxidable martensítico con un alto porcentaje de cromo añadido que les permite alcanzar un nivel de dureza de 48 HRc. Composición: 0,30% carbono (C); 13,70% cromo (Cr); 0,30% magnesio (Mn); 0,20% silicio (Si). Los mangos están hechos de polioximetileno duradero y accesorios de latón macizo.

Debido a restricciones de envío, no podemos enviar este producto a nivel internacional. Si este artículo se agregó como parte de un pedido mayor, su pedido será procesado; sin embargo, se le reembolsará el(los) artículo(s) restringido(s) y no los recibirá.

All of our stocked items are shipped on a 48 hour tracked service within the UK. 

World wide shipping is fully tracked and delivery times are dependant on available services. 

International customers will be liable to pay customs and duties once your order reaches your country's border.

All lead times quoted are for delivery to mainland UK, if ordering outside of this area there will be an additional transit time relevant to your destination.

US customers will be subject to additional tariffs as well as import duties and tax. Our team will be in touch after your order has been placed to confirm the individual tariff rates for each item. Orders will not be processed until you have confirmed that you accept the tariff rates and give consent for the order to be shipped.

Our returns policy lasts for 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase has been delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Goods / Returns must be received to Dyke & Dean within 14 days of being delivered to you. If Goods / Returns are received after this we will not issue a refund. Notification to our office of your return via telephone, email, fax and or letter within 14 days does not mean a refund will be given. A refund will only be reviewed if the Goods / Returns are received within 14 days to our possession.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Customers are responsible for the delivery costs of returning the goods. 

Bespoke/Made to order products, cut lengths of fabric cable under 100m and Outlet items are non-returnable.
