To ensure a smooth start, we require a minimum opening order of £500 for all new trade accounts.

Frequently asked questions

What are your trade payment terms?

We require proforma payment for all trade orders. Your order will not be dispatched or manufactured (if bespoke) until full payment is received.

What discount do you offer?

Our standard trade discount is 10-20%. We may extend a higher discount level on larger orders, projects or roll-outs. Please contact trade@dykeanddean.com to check if you are eligible for a higher rate of discount.

Do you accept trade returns? 

Yes, we accept trade returns. For trade returns, you must return your order within 14 days from your order being delivered.

Please register your return by emailing the details to info@dykeanddean.com. All trade returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee which will be taken out of your refund. 

We do not accept returns on bespoke or made-to-order products, cut lengths of cable under 100 meters, hygiene sealed goods (if opened) and perishable food & drink products. 

I would like to resell your products, is this possible?

We do not typically offer wholesale rates on our products. However, please feel free to email trade@dykeanddean.com with details of your shop and the product(s) you are interested in retailing. We are always happy to assess this on a case by case basis.

How can I obtain a data sheet for a product?

Please email info@dykeanddean.com to request a data sheet or further information on any of our products.

Do you offer samples?

Yes, we offer samples for the majority of our products. For finish samples we take a deposit to dispatch the samples, this is refunded once they are returned.For product samples, we do not offer these free of charge.

Please email trade@dykeanddean.com to order the samples and providing they are not bespoke, we can offer a full refund on these once they are returned.

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
